Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Overview

By signing up for the OptiWave Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you violate any of these terms, your affiliate account may be terminated and any unpaid commissions forfeited.

2. Commissions & Referral Tracking

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the first purchase made by a referred user. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited. Referrals are tracked via cookies which expire after 60 days.

3. Payout Terms

Payments are processed monthly via Stripe or PayPal. There is a minimum payout threshold of $50. To prevent fraud, commissions are held for 30 days (coinciding with our refund policy window) before becoming eligible for payout.

4. Marketing Guidelines & Restrictions

You may not run paid search campaigns (PPC) targeting the “OptiWave” brand name or any variations/misspellings of it. You may not advertise your link on coupon/deal websites or engage in spamming or unsolicited emails.

5. Termination

OptiWave reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
