Get started with OptiWave today without any upfront payment. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can experience the speed improvements on your own website first.

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your trial at any time during the 14 days by navigating to your Account dashboard → Plans → Cancel subscription. You will not be charged.
• Email Reminders: We will send you polite email reminders before your trial ends and before any future subscription renewals, ensuring you are never caught off guard.

Billing & Subscription Terms

• New license purchases and upgrades automatically start with a 14-day free trial.
• Your payment method is only billed after the 14-day trial period successfully ends.
• Recurring renewals happen automatically, but you can cancel the subscription at any point before the next charge date to avoid future billing.

Refund Policy

If you forgot to cancel before your trial ended or your subscription renewed, we are here to help. Contact our support team immediately, and we will issue a refund based on the timeline of the charge:

• Within 24 Hours of the Charge: Contact us within 24 hours of being billed for a 100% full refund.
• 24 Hours to 7 Days: Contact us between 24 hours and 7 days after the charge to request a refund, subject to a 20% administrative and payment processing fee.
• After 7 Days: No refunds are issued for charges older than 7 days.
